Customizing the Content of your Pages "Blocks" with Page Builder

To customize your Membership Site, the first thing you'll do is either navigate to one of your Course's Core Pages, or Create a Custom Page

Once you've added a "Block" to a page, then you'll want to customize the content of that "Block".

To do that, hover over the Block you want to edit, and click on "Edit"

In the left hand sidebar, you'll add your headline and text

How to add tokens to your Blocks

You can add tokens that will automatically fill in information such as a student's first name, the name of the course, etc.

To see all available tokens, simply hit the forward slash: /

This will pull up the token menu

Select the menu to see all available tokens

Available tokens include...

  • First Name (Your Student's first name)
  • Last Name (Your Student's last name)
  • Email (Your Student's email address)
  • Course Name (The name of your course)
  • Course Description (This is added in Step 1 of your Course Builder)
  • Your First Name (Your own first name)
  • Your Last Name (Your own last name)
  • Your School/ Company Name (This is added in your Account section, under "Your School")
  • Custom Fields

Tokens allow you to automatically populate any info that you need into your course pages!

How to add a link to text in a Block

To add a link to a Block, you'll highlight the text and click on the link icon:

How to Customize Text

You have lots of options for formatting your text in your pages!

To see your options, hit the forward slash: /

This will pull up your formatting menu.

Make sure to scroll down to see all your available options!

  • Normal text
  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Medium Section Heading
  • Small Section Heading
  • Strike out text
  • Bulleted list
  • Numbered list

How to customize your background image, background colors, and padding

You can also upload your background image

Click to upload an image, or you can search Unsplash for free images to instantly add to your site!

Scroll down the left-hand sidebar, and you can adjust the amount of padding above and below the block that you're editing.
