March 21st, 2024
- The Media Gallery now allows you to search your media uploads, plus you can now also filter by videos, images, audio files & regular files. Coming next will be image and video thumbnails, along with a way to preview the media file.
- Paypal Payments are now possible! Currently we're in beta-testing mode. If you'd like to be included, email Murray :)
- All tagging droplists now allow you to search tags plus create them on the fly (previously you had to go back to the Account area to create them.)
March 7th, 2024
- NEW: Manage Tags ?️ inside Student details page of CRM! Until now you had to leave the student record to manage their tags. We (finally) added a panel inside the Student details page which allows you to add, remove and create new tags without leaving the student's record!
- Community Forum small redesign: if a post contains an image ?️, it's now displayed on the right, instead of looking like it's a little cut off (well, that was an experiment that didn't work LOL). When there's more content in a post than can be displayed on the summary page, we also added a "See more" link underneath ?
- NEW: Templates! ? We've now added pre-created templates into XP so you can create a new gamified Course, Membership, Challenge or EMC at the click of a button. In total we added SEVEN new templates to help you hit the ground running when you're building new stuff!
- #BUGFIX: Free Time Coupons No Longer Hide Credit Card Fields – When using coupons to give an initial month discount on a membership, the credit card fields were disappearing ??. It's now fixed so you can give a free first month while still collecting credit card details!

- We've added a sidebar inside your admin account, to keep you up to speed with all the latest updates!
- Bug fix: Time Zones are now showing correctly for block visibility
- We made some further updates to tag categories so you can easily manage these
- We added comprehensive feedback if there's an error when you purchase an SMS package, so that you know exactly what the issue was
- Bug fix: Celebrations playing twice has been fixed
February 19th, 2024
- Brand new tag management UI along with tag categories – this is for you if you love our tagging system
- Media gallery – a new handy place to keep your uploaded media. Up until now if you used a video in more than one course, you needed to upload it twice. Our new media gallery means you now need to upload it just once and select it
- Logging for everything! We got the feedback that it's challenging to understand why certain things (automations, tags, etc.) happened behind the scenes for students. Now we're logging everything into the student activity panel, so you can see exactly what happened, and why!
- You can now move & copy content out of Replay content area
- The Time Remaining trigger in the Experience Engine now has a "Zero" option, so you can trigger it when the time has run out
- New horizontal style countdown block for your pages
- Various UI text clarifications & tooltips added
- Bug fix: New Celebration animations are now being uploaded daily once again
- Bug fix: Tags now work as expected when using a discount coupon code is used
January 25th, 2024
- We updated the way we set the student notification preferences inside Community Forum spaces. They're now OFF by default whenever you set up a new space to avoid spamming your students unintentially. In addition, you can now switch them between on and off retroactively, and force an update all student notification settings for any given space.
- We updated UI text for starting and stopping triggers inside the Experience Engine to add clarity around what they do
- We fixed a TON of bugs and little niggly things as well
January 11th, 2024
- Ability to block other users was added to all community areas as a protective measure.
- Administrators can now receive an optional email notification for posts and replies made in the community forum and discussion widgets
- We added more search filters to the Activity Feed. You can now filter & search your account activity by the actions your students may have completed
- We dropped an update to our Celebrations feature so they pre-load in the background whenever they may be needed, guaranteeing a lightning fast celebration when that button gets clicked!
- We added a button to restart our "Ask the Expert" AI training bot – in some cases it was getting stuck and there was no way to kickstart the process a 2nd time
- We added the student "ID" field into the CSV Export and Outgoing Webhook features to help you to synchronize your data with ours
- We adjusted the color of the "disabled" toggles in the Experience Engine so they're more obvious and visible. Some folks were not seeing them, and not turning them on, and wondering why their Experiences weren't working
- Emails you resent manually from the Student CRM weren't being shown in the Student Activity Log. They are now...
- New version of the mobile app for Android was released
- Numerous quality of life UI improvements were also made

- You can now create Branching Logic for Customized Pathways within an Experience!

- You can now track Affiliates to ANY public custom page in your course.
- We added a Terms & Conditions AI generator to the Order form in the page builder for you to help with your legalese
- We've added "At a Glance" info to your course area, so you can instantly see Points and Release Timing for any Training
- We added a nice animation to the community forum when you like someone's comment or reply
- You can now change the color of your Course name and Course description fields on the marketplace page. Handy for folks who want to have darker backgrounds and need to make course info stand out a bit more.
- We moved the course logout button for students into the Account dropdown, which cleans up the top toolbar
- In the mobile app: we switched the hamburger nav to be a left arrow to make it more obvious that the forum navigator is back there.
- 2nd-level comments (replies to comments) were getting a bit "lost" in the message threads, so now we've made it so the first four 2nd-level comments are visible by default.
- We've had requests to improve speed and reliability of our in-house video processing, so we've changed a few things over the last days...Videos are now processing faster and mich more reliably (less videos are failing.)

- Big News: Our App is Live! We Offer both Android and Iphone Apps - search for "Xperiencify" in your app store to find us!
- You can now create Seek to Time Links, allowing your students to jump to a specific place in your video training.
- Evergreen Countdown Timers Now Allow Custom Amounts of Days, Weeks & Months
- Community Forum: We've added "space location" into the New Posts area
- The Student Logout Button has been moved from the top Navigation Bar to the Student Profile section, for a cleaner navigation experience for your students.
- We're still working HARD behind the scenes to refactor our codebase to make things fun faster and smoother for you...as we refactor and update our backend, lots of niggly little bugs pop up that we like to squash right away, before they even affect you. You can rest assured that we're continuing to monitor and keep improving every aspect of your students' experience!

- A 300% speed increase! Our team has been investing time for the last month into simplifying and restructuring code, so that pages will load lightning-fast for you and your students!
- You can now Unlock a Specific Training through the Experience Engine
- You can also now Delete a Student Record from your Database
- You can now Move Community Groups up and down in the Forum, to keep things simpler and organized on your admin side
- You can also now Zooom in on Images in the Community Forum

- We're continuing to work on optimizing speed in the backend... you should notice things speeding up and generally feeling much better!
- All tag droplists in the Experience Engine now support searching for tags and creating new tags on the fly. Just type a new tag, press ENTER, and you can instantly use the new tag. (No more having to go back to Accounts area to create that new tag you need!)
- All "Resource" files that you upload to your course will now keep their original filenames. (Previously we were renaming resource files with randomized filenames to guarantee "uniqueness" in our back-end... but we received feedback that this created a less than desirable student experience, and we listened!) New uploaded files will now keep their original file names. (This doesn't apply to files uploaded in the past - but you can re-upload those, to have the original file name for your students).

- You can now Save an Experience to Your Library for quick and easy re-use in another course
- Check out this important update to Actions -- Actions will now remain visible by default after being checked off by a student
- You'll now find "Most Liked Post", "Most Commented Post" & "Trending Post" boxes on the forum sidebar.
- You can now add images into emails using remote URLs. Here's an example of a countdown image inside an Experience Engine Email.
- We've added a New API call to get a student's information
- We have New {tokens} available in pages and webhooks!
- {XP_EARNED} – the amount of XPs a student has earned in the course so far
- {XXP_EARNED} – the amount of XXPs a student has earned in the course so far
- {XP_TOTAL} – the total amount of XPs available in the course
- {XXP_TOTAL} – the total amount of XXPs available in the course
- {XP_PERC_COMPLETE} – percent completion of XPs in the course for the student as of now – eg: 81
- {XXP_PERC_COMPLETE} percent completion of XPs in the course for the student as of now – eg: 45
- You can now generate Student Progress Bars by adding a bit of code to your page.
- We've added a Page Selection Droplist to the Page Builder so you can switch between pages without leaving.
- Student phone number field in the profile area now requires a country code so that you're able to reliably send SMSs to them
- We've made a huge upgrade to the Custom Field UI in your admin area. There's a lot more info visible on a single page now.
- we're making a HUGE investment into "refactoring" our codebase right now so it loads faster, feels more responsive and is more reliable. You should start to notice things speeding up over the next few weeks!
- Coming Soon: V1 of our Mobile App is still due for release some time in August! To get discounts on the Mobile App for Life, our Crowdfunding Campaign is open only until the V1 Release

- You can now change the Language of your course
- You can now Duplicate or Delete Custom pages
- Important Update! Points gained through Bonuses no longer count towards "completing" the course. This is because Bonus points represent "extra" course content, that's not part of the requirement to complete a course. (Thanks to our users for the feedback that prompted this change... as always, we're listening to exactly what you need!)

- We're proud to say that Xperiencify is now fully accessible to blind users and/or those who use screen reader software.
- You can now use a {TOKEN} as a button destination! This will be super useful to you if use custom fields to store important links and URLs for your course. Now you can add those URLs to buttons in the course pages
- We've now added dedicated icons for the Account & Logout functions INTO your course navigation bars: https://share.getcloudapp.com/12uzQqOo This means there's no longer any need to have them as separate links in your nav bar, which saves space for other links.
