Need to access your billing info or make changes to your account? It's easy with the Xperiencify Billing Center.
NOTE: The Billing Center is currently active for users paying their XP Subscription through Stripe (and coming very soon for PayPal users!)
(We've very recently added PayPal as an option to pay your XP subscription, and we'll be adding it to our billing center soon).
If you signed up for your subscription using PayPal, just message us at the Support Desk if you have any questions about your billing. You can reach us at [email protected] or use the green chat widget inside your account.
- Update your credit card
- Make changes to the plan you’re on
- See your payment history
- Download your invoices
- Cancel your account if needed
How to Access Your Billing and Account Info
- To access your billing center, please go to https://billing.xperiencify.com
- Enter your email address
- We'll send you a link to your personal Stripe portal, where you can take care of your billing and account needs
NOTE: Your Billing Center is where you manage your subscription for your Xperiencify Course Creator Account.
