Your Inbox in XP

Your central Inbox is where you can receive and respond to messages from your students.

This is where you can find and easily reply to comments in your course.

It'll also hold replies to your SMS messages, if you've purchased a 2 way number to receive responses.

Setting Up Your Commenting System

To set up comments in your courses, you'll add comment blocks to your pages in Page Builder. Here's how to do that.

Get Your Two-Way SMS Number

If you want to receive replies to your automated SMS messages, you can get your 2-way SMS number here:

Replying to Comments

Whenever you receive a new comment, it will be shown at the top of the list in your inbox.

You can reply directly from the inbox, saving you from having to sort through trainings to find comments that need a reply.

Replies to that same comment will show up underneath the original comment.

Managing Comments

You have three options to manage comments...

  • Archive: This will remove a comment from your inbox, but the comment will remain in the course and still be visible to students.
  • Hide: This will remove a comment from the course, but the comment will remain in your inbox.
  • Delete: This will remove the comment from the course and remove it from your inbox.

Email Notification

You'll receive an email notification (to your main account email address) when there are new comments. You'll also receive an email notification when you have a text response. (You'll need to rent that 2-way SMS number in order to receive responses to SMS messages).
